By downloading, installing, or using any game developed by joybaby studio LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our games.

Eligibility

Our games that feature real-money tournaments are intended for users aged 18 and older. By using these features, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that real-money competition is legal in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether participation is permitted where you are located.

Skillz Platform

Our games use the Skillz tournament platform for matchmaking, competitions, and prize distribution. Your use of Skillz features is subject to the Skillz Terms and Conditions available at skillz.com/legal. We are not responsible for Skillz's services, including payment processing, prize payouts, or account management on their platform.

Fair Play

All games on our platform are designed to be skill-based. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bugs, use automated tools, or engage in any form of cheating will result in disqualification and may lead to account suspension on the Skillz platform.

Intellectual Property

All content in our games — including but not limited to graphics, gameplay mechanics, audio, and text — is owned by joybaby studio LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our games.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, joybaby studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our games, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or tournament outcomes.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our games after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
